At Wayne State University each school, college or division is assigned a team to handle the human resources functions for that unit. Each team consists of a human resources consultant, a human resources representative and human resources assistants. Additional HR support provides you assistance in organizational development, total compensation and wellness, benefits, and equal opportunity and policy development and analysis. The HR Consultant assigned to the unit is knowledgeable of the work environment and is available to assist with a wide variety of employment related matters.
