Job Change Reason codes are used on HR Forms to code transactions that impact an employee’s salary.
The New Compensation Program for Non-Represented Employees permits several types of compensation transactions. For Banner, these are to be coded using the Job Change Reason Codes that are shown below. For Represented Employees (i.e., Staff, P&A) the Job Change Reason Code may be different, as shown in the chart below.
