Termination of Assignment Only, Still Has Other WSU Employment, TERM-J Job Aid:

TERM-J is the Approval Category used to terminate an assignment when the job change reason code is TERMI and there are other WSU assignments.  Additionally, you would use TERM-J to:

• Terminate a part time faculty assignment.

• Change an assignment position and/or suffix that is not a stipend.
