If you would like to be a part of the Performance Planning & Development Program, please contact your Human Resources Consultant for assistance with planning and facilitating the process. Prior to initiating this process, we recommend that employee and supervisors review all the information on PP&D program offered here on this Website.

Organization & Employee Development will offer training to assist managers and employees who wish to be a part of this program. If you plan to be a part of this program, please contact Elizabeth Rager at aa8224@wayne.edu to arrange training.
