Retirement Savings Plan - Enroll Now
For eligible employees, enrolling in the university retirement program is a simple two-step process:
Step One:
Complete and return a 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement form to Total Compensation and Wellness. In basic terms, this form tells us how much to deduct from your pay and where to send the contributions.
Step Two:
Complete an enrollment form. You can enroll in TIAA-CREF and/or Fidelity via their online enrollment application (preferred) or you can complete a paper form.
The online enrollment applications of TIAA-CREF and Fidelity make enrollment easy and fast. These applications provide the tools and information needed to make an informed decision about your investment allocation.

* Generally, if you are 26 years old or older, there is a two year waiting period for matching contributions from the university to the retirement savings plan.
